Kawaii Crypt is a small online shop. This page explains what we collect, who we pass it to, and how to get it removed. We sell to the United States only.

What we collect when you order

• Your email address, so we can send your confirmation and tracking.
• Your name and shipping address, so the parcel can reach you.
• What you ordered, and what you paid.

We never see your card number. Payment happens on Stripe’s own checkout, and card details go to Stripe and never touch our systems.

What we collect when you browse

We record which products are opened and which are added to a bag. This is what tells us which things people actually want, and it decides what the shop shows.

It is not tied to you. Your browser generates a random string for itself, and that is all that is stored alongside the product. We do not store your IP address, and none of it is linked to your account or your email. Its only purpose is counting how many different people looked at something rather than how many times a page loaded.

Who else gets your details

• Stripe handles payment and receives what is needed to take it.
• CJdropshipping packs and ships our orders, and receives your name and shipping address so they can address the parcel. They do not receive your payment details.
• Hostinger delivers our email, so your address passes through them when we send a confirmation or a tracking link.

That is the complete list. We do not sell your details to anybody, and we do not share them for anyone else’s advertising.

Choosing which emails you get

There are three kinds you can turn on and off independently: new things and offers, reminders about a bag you left behind, and one message after a delivery asking how it was. Every one of them carries a link to change your mind, and a one-click unsubscribe that stops all of them at once without you filling anything in.

Order confirmations and delivery updates are not on that list. Those are about your order rather than about us, so we always send them.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept while we may still need them for refunds, tax and accounting. Browsing counts are kept for a rolling 30 days and then deleted.

Deleting your account and your data

You can ask us to erase you from the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by emailing hello@kawaiicrypt.com.

It happens automatically 30 days after you ask. The wait is deliberate: it gives you time to change your mind, and it means somebody who got into your email cannot wipe your account before you notice. You can cancel it at any point in those 30 days, and we stop emailing you immediately either way.

What is erased: your account, your name, your addresses, your saved details, your points, and your email everywhere on our systems.

What is kept: the record that a sale happened, because tax and accounting law requires it. Your name, address and email are stripped out of it, so what remains is a date, an amount and a list of items that is no longer about you.

Age

This shop is meant for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, please do not send us your details. If you believe a child has, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
