How long it takes

Every product page shows that item’s own delivery window before you buy. Some of our things come from a US warehouse and reach you in about a week. Others are made and sent from overseas and take two to three weeks.

We put the slower number on the page rather than an average, because a date you can plan around is worth more than a fast-sounding one.

Getting your order ready

We prepare orders within 1 to 2 business days. The delivery window on the product page starts from there.

Shipping cost

One flat $5.95 per order, however many things are in it. It is shown at checkout before you pay.

More than one parcel

Orders with several items may arrive separately, on different days, because some items ship from different facilities. Everything is on its way even when the first box looks incomplete.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is moving.

Where we ship

United States only, for now.

If it is late

Tell us as soon as tracking stops updating and we will chase the carrier straight away. If they confirm it is lost we put it right immediately, and in any case we treat a parcel as lost once 45 days have passed since it left the warehouse.
